We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages in the USA. After your payment is processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship, not including weekends and holidays. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

We primarily ship via USPS. Please ensure your address and shipping information are entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Please include your email address so you can be contacted if any issues with your order arise. 

If the package is returned as non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated using a flat fee for one item plus a percentage for each additional item. The shipping option you choose will also affect your shipping cost.

All orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days.

Tracking

Tracking information and the shipping service used are sent to you via email. You can track your item from the shipping service website

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Harvesters Online, LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivered But Not Received:

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Harvesters Online does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for production and shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee.

If you cancel order after your order has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee + $1.50 processing fee + Shipping & Handling fees.

Refund Policy on Digital Products

When a refund is requested on the purchase of a physical product, the product must be returned in its original form without damages and the money will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

For Digital Products – there are no returns on digital products such as ebooks.

International Delivery Times Vary:

We ship USPS and/or UPS. Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight. You can find out your actual shipping cost at check out. Prices on our site are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time your order is placed. All applicable customer fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
